RETURNS

We want you to feel confident in our bikini’s and for your bikini to fit perfectly.  We will happily offer a store credit for any returns, provided they are returned in their original condition.  Irla Bikini offers store credits only, we do not refund or exchange.

The following conditions must be met for return to be approved:

• The product must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged and unused
• All swing tags must still be attached
• The hygiene sticker still in tact and clearly not removed
• Items must be returned in original packaging and garment bag
• Items must be returned within 14 days of received date
• Please consider others and only try swimwear on over top of your underwear

We reserve the right to refuse the refund of items with any marks or damage or if the above conditions are not met.

All customers are responsible for the cost of postage payments on all returns.  The original shipping cost on the product will not be refunded.

Items that are purchased on sale, using a promotional code or discounted in anyway are not eligible for return – please choose the items carefully.

We understand that online shopping can be difficult.  If you have any questions in regards to fit and shape of our bikinis please contact us and we’ll be happy to help.  Please refer to our sizing guide and if you have any questions in regards to sizing we will be happy to help with that too.  Please note that colours may vary slightly due to photoshoot lighting effects and different screen resolutions.
